We ship to GP surgeries, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare organisations across the UK. All orders are carefully packaged to meet medical supply handling standards, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. Free delivery may be available on qualifying bulk orders, get in touch for details.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want every order to be right, first time. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, here's what to do:

Damaged or faulty items: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect items supplied: Contact us immediately and we will prioritise a swift resolution.

Change of mind returns: Please contact our team within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
